Welcome Trusted Servants!
If you are visiting this page, it is probably because you have recently been assigned a new District 61 Email address.
First, here are a few general comments on your new address. Following that, you will find a few links to information regarding the set up of your email and mailbax.
- The address assigned to you is for District 61 correspondance only. Using this address for personal reasons
may set a chain of problems for future trusted servants. For example, if GSR were to use their address, i.e. 161010@aadistrict61.com
to sign up for an adult site, the address would end up on more spam lists than we can count. But once the GSR steps down, the email
address passes to the next GSR for the group, and they are faced with the spam. So help us keep our addresses clean, and not use them for anything other than
district business or communicating among ourselves. We would really like to avoid the expense and hassles
- Please know that your access to your assigned address is cancelled when you leave active service. The address
is then passed to the next person taking the position, and they are assigned a new password. Emails for a previous trusted
servant cannot and will not be forwarded.
- We ask your patience as we work out the kinks in the new system and pages. Although there are many software
options out there for generating and maintaining colorful and fancy sites, we are intentionally avoiding those. We hope by
keeping it simple, it can easily be passed from one site administrator to the next when the Dist 61 service positions rotate.
Steps for activating your new mailbox:
